CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled within 2 full days (48 hours) are subject to 100% of scheduled service(s) fees. This policy includes: cancelled, rescheduled, & no shows. There is a 10 minute grace period for being late, though you may be asked to reschedule. Being over 10 minutes late can result in 100% late fee as well. Thank you for booking with Vixen Esthetics!
