CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ 🚨 Appointments cancelled within 2 full days (48 hours) are subject to 100% of scheduled service(s) fees. This policy includes cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows. All cancellations and reschedules must be made through the booking link. Cancellations sent via text, DM, or email are not valid unless within the 48-hour window. Any cancellation within 48 hours will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s). There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, you may be asked to reschedule and a 100% late fee may apply. Services may not be modified, substituted, or removed within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Product orders must be picked up within 24 hours of notification. Orders not picked up within that timeframe may be restocked and require repurchase. Thank you for booking with Vixen Esthetics!
